Appears to be a family-run business but I got to be honest. When they went into the office and hired people to work the outside it got better, like since late fall of 2024. Especially the guy at the beginning. He really hoses off the car good. Prep is very important. Some people just act like they're rinsing it off and rushing you through. I've had the membership since it was $15 at the one down the street. I think this one does a better job than the 25 mile location even though that one is newer (probably because of the help they hired) they put new guts in this one. Some people might say $35.00 a month is a lot but it's cheaper than getting your quarter panel replaced from salt. And I can't believe how much a single wash is nowadays.
